History
First staged in 1988, the Murrumbidgee Farm Fair has evolved from a relatively small display on a bare paddock with just 72 exhibitors and a modest crowd of 3,000 visitors to an exciting rural exhibition boasting over 200 exhibitors and attracting crowds in the vicinity of 15,000.
In 2006 a decision was made by the previous organisers, to move the event but due to overwhelming support from the Riverina community and from many of the exhibitors, Leeton Shire Council decided to maintain the event at Yanco and secured professional organizers Rural Press Events..
Due to popular demand, in 2008 Farm Fair is scheduled over two days, Friday 16th and Saturday 17th May.
